This role provides leadership, coaching, mentorship, and oversight to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, helping teams navigate project challenges, manage risk, maintain customer relationships, and deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements. The Director of Project Management maintains visibility across the project portfolio, supports resource planning and project staffing decisions, and serves as a senior escalation resource for complex projects, customers, contractual, and execution-related issues.
