The qualified individual reports to Pennant's Director of HR and will have resource responsibility in support of benefit platforms, vendor oversight, quality of delivered services, broker relations, data reporting, benefit/ payroll integration, leave of absence administration, benefit communication and education, employee engagement, employee relations, and manager training.
