p>Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Spotfire to support business decision-making across departments Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from company databases Develop Python scripts to automate repetitive business and IT processes, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy Manage and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility across systems Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and implement solutions using Python, Power Automate, or similar tools Collaborate with department leaders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable reports and visualizations Document data processes, query logic, and automation workflows for maintainability and knowledge transfer. Proficiency in at least two of the following: SQL (querying and data analysis), Python, Power BI, Spotfire, or workflow automation tools Experience working with structured data - querying databases, cleaning datasets, or building reports Comfortable working cross-departmentally and managing your priorities Strong communication skills - able to explain data findings and technical issues to non-technical colleagues clearly and patiently Some experience providing technical support to end users, even if not in a formal help desk role.
