p>Essential Functions • Assist customers to resolve equipment issues by phone and email • Learn to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues • Coordinate with service technicians • Assist with electronic board scheduling, work order entry and billing processes. Coordinates receipts and assigns appropriate accounting codes with the credit card statements • Maintains customer orders in ERP as necessary for additional requirements on original work order • Perform other similar or related duties as required or requested.
