Reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, the Events Manager works closely with Development, Marketing, Volunteer, Programs, and Operations staff to ensure events are well-coordinated, on budget, and aligned with Clear Path’s fundraising and stewardship goals.
Ability to perform the following functions with or without reasonable accommodation: frequently work in outdoor weather conditions including extreme heat, precipitation and cold; frequently lift, move or transport facility materials, office and landscaping waste; and constantly perform cleaning and maintenance tasks by frequently positioning self (for example, pulling, bending, reaching, touching, kneeling, using hands to feel/reach, climbing stairs and ladders). Bachelors Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred • 4-10 years of experience in large, complex facility construction and on-site experience in the management of new construction and the renovation of existing assets • Detailed knowledge of the construction process, budgeting, accounting and procurement in order to manage a construction project • Proficient in MS office and scheduling software such as Suretrak, Project, P6, Procore, Revit, VICO or equivalent • Valid Drivers License required.
