The Facilities Manager also oversees preventative maintenance programs, supports cultivation and production operations, coordinates with vendors and internal teams, and helps maintain a clean, secure, and fully operational facility environment essential to the success of the organization. This position manages HVAC, lighting, irrigation, water treatment, electrical, plumbing, and security systems while ensuring all equipment and infrastructure operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local, state, and industry regulations.
