Within the maintenance department strategies and processes need to be developed or enforced to facilitate the maintenance of equipment and facilities which includes HVAC, plumbing, hydraulics, electrical, pneumatics, engineering, building maintenance, welding, and fabrication while maintaining the safety of fellow employees, the community, and the environment. Key responsibilities include inspecting the facility, hiring and developing maintenance professionals, procuring parts and equipment, and documenting activities within our computerized maintenance management system (SAP).
