This role is also responsible for leading and driving internal and external discovery for new and existing products, identifying best in class marketplace innovation, driving prototyping and validation with end users, ensuring learnings are funneled to product roadmaps, overseeing efforts to track outcomes and key performance indicators, and leading and overseeing product team members to solve user problems on complex or high impact issues.
