Technical Summary:
This senior-level technical and functional leader is responsible for defining product strategy, vision, and roadmaps-from ideation through launch-for complex products supporting Mental Health and Wellness care delivery. The role focuses on designing and advancing digital capabilities that improve access, care coordination, and clinician and member experiences across the continuum of mental health services. A key aspect of the role includes close partnership with mental health clinicians, operational leaders, and cross-functional teams to deeply understand clinical workflows and translate them into scalable, technology-enabled solutions. The individual will support and optimize core workflows which primarily use the Epic platforms, including Ambulatory, MyChart, and Cadence, as well as the associated integrations (e.g., HL7 and other interoperability frameworks), ensuring seamless workflows and data exchange across systems.
Job Summary:
This senior technical/functional leader role is primarily responsible for defining product strategy, vision, and product roadmaps from ideation to launch for complex or high impact products, and making decisions on new products or enhancements to bring to market. This includes leading the development of product enhancements based on validated learnings, serving as an expert facilitator and consultant for product teams and diverse stakeholder groups across the organization, and partnering with operations teams and market stakeholders to support product adoption. This role is also responsible for leading and driving internal and external discovery for new and existing products, identifying best in class marketplace innovation, driving prototyping and validation with end users, ensuring learnings are funneled to product roadmaps, overseeing efforts to track outcomes and key performance indicators, and leading and overseeing product team members to solve user problems on complex or high impact issues.
