Knowledge around specific financial programs and benefits, including but not limited to bankruptcy, budgeting, debt management, credit, basic investments, financial planning, financial report review (credit report), foreclosure prevention, home buying, small business, personal income taxes and military financial literacy (SBP, SGLI, VGLI, SCRA, BRS, TSP). Financial counseling will be provided to assist with establishing a basic level of financial literacy and good financial behavior and habits, as well as more sophisticated financial planning to assist with advanced financial needs such as investing, estate planning, tax planning, education planning, and other financial matters.
