Reporting directly to the (Interim) Vice President for Institutional Advancement, this pivotal role executes day-to-day operations, scheduling, communications, and philanthropic support logistics, enabling Divisional Leaders to focus on strategic institutional priorities. This role keeps the leadership team running smoothly so they can focus on that work: you will manage the rhythm of the CEO's days, keep priorities aligned across leadership, and help coordinate the studio's most important moments, from business development efforts to speaking engagements and public events. In addition to supporting the CEO, you will provide key administrative support to two other members of Luci's Executive Team (Managing Director and Chief Creative Officer), helping them stay organized, prepared, and aligned.

What minimum qualifications you'll need: Licensure /Certification/Registration:
As an experienced executive assistant, you will work closely alongside the Vice President's as their trusted confidant, supporting the delivery of exceptional quality support and services to internal and external stakeholders. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs.
PHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS: Job requires the following: remain stationary for sustained periods of time; ability to move about to accomplish tasks; must be able to operate a computer or similar technology, which typically involves substantial motions of wrist, hands and/or fingers; visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing data, operating equipment or review thoroughness of work; ability to communicate with others and exchange information. RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL: Implements strategy for all NAVSTA Great Lakes Food Service and Logistic contracted requirements Oversees daily operations, directs staff in the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures and programs.
p>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role Must possess excellent grammar and communication skills, verbally and written Must have proficiency in all MS Office applications and have the willingness to learn new applications as needed Must be a hard worker, able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude Must be able to multi-task and be a self-starter Strong organization skills and ability to plan/manage multiple projects.
