This role manages positive reinforcement systems, collaborates on MTSS Tier 2/3 support, and coaches staff on classroom management and SEL curriculum, while building trusting relationships in alignment with the CPS Code of Conduct. Designs and manages daily recess and lunch operations, leading a team of monitors to maximize student safety, engagement, and positive social interaction.
Bachelor’s degree in project management, chemistry, or a closely related field; AND at least three (3) years of related experience, including work with specialized or technical programs or operations; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Supports Sample Management on large or complex projects, including reviewing project needs, resolving incoming sample issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
