Test and verify reported incidents;

Liaison with ITS to manage the lifecycle of incidents and report progress to supervisors;

Create test plans and associated scenarios which can be used to conduct functional testing;

Develop User Acceptance Test plans which are usable not only by technical staff, but also non-technical program area staff;

Liaison between ITS and DCJS to facilitate User Acceptance testing;

And, document test results to validate requirements. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Document the business process of assigned program areas through use of scenario-based use cases, Business Requirement Documentation (BRDs) and Process Flow Diagrams;
Contribute to the "as-is" and "to-be" business process, and documentation when needed;
Create and submit ITS Work Intake Requests (WIR) as needed.
