Location: Menands, NY (100% Onsite)
Contract Duration: August 31, 2026 – November 30, 2027 (Approximately 15 Months)

Our Client is seeking one (1) Data Analyst – Level 3 to support the COVID Data Dashboard and Public Health Informatics initiatives. The selected consultant will provide advanced data analysis, reporting, transformation, visualization, and data management services while supporting the distribution of COVID-related data to internal stakeholders, external organizations, and the public. The consultant will also participate in technical design, programming, testing, defect resolution, and technical support activities.

Must-Haves
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Data Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum 6 years of experience working on medium-to-large-scale technical projects
Minimum 6 years of Data Analytics experience including:

• Data Visualization

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be willing to work onsite in Menands, NY
Willing to relocate if outside commuting distance

Provide data analysis and management for COVID Data Dashboard activities.
Support distribution of COVID data to external entities and the public.
Perform advanced data management and analytical tasks.
Research and document technical designs.
Develop programming solutions.
Write and execute unit test plans.
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects.
Provide technical support to end users.
Collaborate closely with technical team members.
Ensure project deliverables and scope are completed and documented.
Support ongoing data processing and reporting initiatives.
Develop and maintain analytical datasets and reporting solutions.
