The Executive Assistant provides thorough and professional administrative and coordination support to the Mayo Clinic CEO or President and CAO (AZ, FL, RST, MCHS, MCP), or the Executive Dean (Education, Research, Practice and Development), C-Suite (MCAT) leaders, or the Board of Trustees/Board of Governors. Today, our employees are located at our three major campuses in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona, Jacksonville, Florida, Rochester, Minnesota, and at Mayo Clinic Health System campuses throughout Midwestern communities, and at our international locations.
