This role administers benefits programs (group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, travel and accident plans, flexible spending plans, etc.) and supports compensation activities such as job evaluations, salary structures, market pricing, and incentive programs. Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, type 25+ wpm, advanced familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), advanced internet research skills, and experience with mainstream HRIS or HCM platforms.
