General Labor / Departer
Location: Streetsboro, OH
We are currently hiring 2 General Labor / Departers for our Streetsboro facility. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals looking for a stable, full-time position with competitive pay.
Pay Rate:
Shift:
- Regular Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Training Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM for the first few weeks.
- Mon-Friday. No weekends. Lots of OT!
Responsibilities:
- Remove castings from molds and prepare them for the next stage of production
- Inspect parts for defects and quality standards
- Grind, clean, and finish products as needed
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other general labor duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required
