Pay: $18.50+ /hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Overtime: Every other Saturday as needed
Location: Richfield, Ohio

Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Appliance Repair Support Associates for a hands-on opportunity in Richfield.

No previous appliance repair experience is required. You'll work with large household appliances throughout the inspection and repair process, helping prepare units, complete basic part replacements, perform cleaning and finishing work, and get completed products ready for shipment.

What You'll Do

• Unpack appliances and prepare them for inspection
• Move appliances throughout the work area using a dolly
• Assist with basic repairs and part replacements
• Perform basic product and functionality checks
• Clean appliances before and after the repair process
• Inspect completed work for quality
• Wrap and prepare finished products for shipment
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

What We're Looking For

• Mechanically inclined and willing to learn
• Comfortable using basic tools and learning simple repair processes
• Dependable with strong attendance
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in warehouse, assembly, maintenance, automotive, repair, or hands-on manufacturing may help you stand out, but previous appliance repair experience is not required.
