Qualifications & Skills Qualifications: Knowledge typically acquired through: Senior executive leadership experience overseeing finance, enterprise technology, operations, administrative services, and enterprise infrastructure within a complex organization Experience advising a Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors, and volunteer or governance bodies on financial strategy, risk, and organizational performance Leadership of multi-functional teams through periods of growth, change, or operational transformation Experience within a mission-driven, membership-based, nonprofit, association, or similarly structured organization preferred Obtaining an advanced degree in business, finance, public administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and executive-level experience Skills Enterprise and Operational Leadership Demonstrated ability to align enterprise operations, technology strategy, and capital assets with organizational priorities and long-term sustainability Demonstrated success strengthening organizational systems, infrastructure, and service delivery to enhance performance and operational resilience Demonstrated oversight of facilities, real estate assets, and long-term capital planning in support of organizational strategy Financial and Technology Stewardship Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment, including technology-related investments Demonstrated ability to assess enterprise risk, including operational and technology-related risks Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial and technology matters clearly to executive and governance audiences Organizational Performance and Risk Demonstrated leadership in promoting operational resilience, internal controls, data stewardship, and regulatory compliance Sound judgment in balancing innovation, cost, risk, and long-term sustainability Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness Demonstrated ability to lead and develop senior leaders Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration between operational and technology functions to improve enterprise performance Demonstrated credibility, sound judgment, and ability to communicate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including executive and governance audiences VI. 2.
