Assist in overseeing the general upkeep, cleanliness and overall preparedness of all physical spaces including auditorium, lobbies, vestibules, catering and concessions areas, loading docks, backstage doors and fire escapes, off-stage spaces, elevators, orchestra pit, dressing rooms, green room, restrooms, wardrobe, laundry, storage spaces, offices, mechanical rooms and any other. · Assist in overseeing the daily functions of all operations and maintenance related work including, but not limited to: daily cleaning services, set-up and break-down of events in lobbies, bar facilities, reception spaces, VIP Lounge and auditorium, administration of marquee and poster box displays, coordination with staff on special projects, events, and tours throughout the facility.
