We are also the largest health care safety-net provider, largest school-based health care provider and the largest mental health provider in the San Diego region.\n \nJob Description\n \nUnder the direction of the VP of PACE and Older Adult Services, the Business Development Manager, PACE works with the team of BDR Representatives and the Marketing Coordinator to meet the goals of enrollment census at FHCSD PACE Centers and facilitates collaborative relationships across FHCSD with the interdisciplinary team (IDT), and with external stakeholders to promote FHCSD values, culture, and mission.\n \nJob Roles\n\n Under the direction of the VP, PACE and Older Adult Services, the Business Development Manager will: Meet FHCSD gross and net census growth goals.\n Services include, but are not limited to adult care, chronic disease management, pediatrics, comprehensive women's care including obstetrics, dental, vision, case management, physical rehabilitation, speech therapy for children, vaccinations, infectious diseases, behavioral health, substance use counseling and a host of specialty services including cardiology, podiatry, endocrinology, dermatology, among others.
