Visualize, fulfil, and implement the company vision and core values; Perform general receptionist and clerical duties to include, but not limited to, invoicing, answering phone calls, copying, mailing, and filing; Draft letters and official communications, prepare reports, and systematically file documents and information; Manage general office functions to include, but not limited to: coordination of building maintenance, office cleaning, ordering office supplies, printer maintenance, office IT support, breakroom cleanup, etc. FUNCTION: The Executive Assistant performs various administrative and clerical duties and provides office support to designated supervisors and managers.
