This position will directly support the Vice President of Student Services and Vice President of Administrative Services by providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions, such as preparing correspondence; answers phone calls and directs calls to appropriate parties or takes messages, receives and directs visitors, arranges conference calls, and schedules meetings. TVCC's campuses and centers extend to several locations throughout Oregon and Idaho: Caldwell (Idaho), Burns (Oregon), Snake River Correctional Institution, Warner Creek Correctional Facility, Eastern Oregon Correctional Institute, Powder River Correctional Facility, and Two Rivers Correctional Institution.
