Responsibilities: • Perform preventative maintenance on all air handlers, pumps, motors, eye wash stations, lighting, water filters and air filters • Operate all types of equipment needed for repair, installation or renovation of any project throughout all MSI buildings • Provide repair to mechanical systems including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, light electrical and carpentry throughout all MSI campuses • Assist with severe weather preparations and evacuation, rigging emergency power and emergency generator testing • Perform work in accordance with established safety procedures; maintains a clean and safe work environment • Responds to service calls, troubleshoots systems, equipment, valves, circuits, controls, panels and takes corrective action.
