Responsibilities Be a resource for general employee questions regarding Company benefits and procedures Primary escalation point of payroll and benefits issues from or to centralized support function from employees Responsible for new hire set up and onboarding, including new hire orientation and partnering with Finance, IT, and Facilities to ensure onboarding for all new team members nationally Administrator for employee systems, granting and terminating access and updating information Prepare payroll paperwork twice per month according to payroll deadlines for new hires, compensation changes, terminations.
