p>According to prescribed policies and procedures of the organization including all applicable state, federal and accreditation regulations and reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, the incumbent oversees the day-to-day administration and execution of the organizations employee benefit and leave programs, ensuring accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and consistent application across a multi-state environment. Hands-on experience with Workday or comparable HRIS and benefits administration platforms, including partnership with third-party leave administrators, in organizations supporting 1,000+ employees across multiple states.
