This will include servicing all functions, including plated, buffet, silver served, or VIP meals, coffee breaks, benefits, theme parties, wedding receptions, etc., ensuring all tables and chairs are set and the function room is clean and neat prior to leaving for the shift, all condiments and food and beverage items have been returned to the kitchen, skirts and props go back to the banquet storerooms, and maintaining a clean, neat, and organized work area to guarantee our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
