Utilizing systems such as PeopleSoft Student Administration, Illumia (Transact-CASHNet), T2 Parking, and OTRS, the incumbent provides responsive customer service to students, faculty, staff, and campus departments by analyzing student accounts, processing payments and deposits, and assisting with payment agreements while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient service delivery. Provides cashiering operations support functions that include balancing and reconciliation activities, as well as other duties, with efficiency and integrity: Post payments, balance monies, and prepare deposits along with respective reconciliations and reporting utilizing Illumia (Transact-CASHNet) POS System, PeopleSoft Student Financials, and the T2 parking system.
