Accounting Clerk

You'll assist with entering invoices, organizing lien releases, filing accounting documents, and supporting various accounting functions. About the Role: As an Accounting Clerk, you'll be responsible for supporting the accounting department and helping maintain accurate project financial data.

We're looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team and provide essential support to our accounting department. You'll assist with entering invoices, organizing lien releases, filing accounting documents, and supporting various accounting functions. • File and maintain accounting documents both digitally and physically
• Enter subcontractor and vendor invoices
• Enter and organize lien releases from subcontractors
• Assist with journal entries and other accounting-related tasks
• Maintain and organize lien releases from subcontractors

What You Bring:

• Experience: 1+ year of office experience or related field. Often has high school diploma or equivalent
• Systems Knowledge: Proficient in Sage, Procore, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and Zoom
• Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team and collaborate effectively with other departments in the company.
• Attributes: Precise, methodical, efficient, adaptable, helpful, organized, knowledgeable, and collaborative

Physical Requirements:

• Primarily desk and computer-based work
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
