Working with customers, technicians, managers, purchasing, sales and the customer service team, you will coordinate all aspects of service and installation, coordinating schedules, dispatching technicians, setting sales appointments, arranging for equipment, and processing paperwork. With the help of the service manager, you will schedule technicians, collect and prepare necessary paperwork, determine equipment needs and availability while controlling the work to improve productivity.
