Coordinate and manage logistics for trial operations, ensuring timely delivery of all materials and resources. Ability to travel up to 50% depending on schedules. Maintain accurate records and documentation for trial activities. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on trial schedules and requirements. Monitor and track trial progress, identifying and resolving any logistical challenges that arise. Prepare and distribute trial-related materials as needed. Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency. Provide regular updates and reports to management on trial logistics. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

A successful Trial Logistics Coordinator should have: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Prior experience with going to trial or trial logistics. Experience with logistics and coordination in a business services environment. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address logistical challenges. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for tracking and documentation. Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing responsibilities.
