Description

American Traveler is hiring an OR RN for a 13-week float position requiring an active MA RN license and flexibility for rotating day/evening/night shifts.

Details

• OR Float unit position
• 13-week assignment
• 4x10 or 3x12 rotational day/evening shift schedule with variable weekends and call
• Rotates to 2 weeks of night shifts per contract
• At least 2 short calls required each 4-week schedule, including weekends
• Uses Epic for charting
• Uses UKG/Kronos for timekeeping

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required (no pending or conditional licenses accepted)
• Primary source verification of license required within 30 days of start and upon expiration
• Both NURSYS and BON verification required for nursing license
• AHA-issued certifications only
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed

• Operating room nursing duties within a float pool structure
• Two professional references required for consideration
• RTO must be identified at the time of consideration
• Local candidates accepted; those residing within 60 miles of the facility are considered local and subject to a reduced rate
• Parking is not validated at Boston locations; public transportation or paid public parking required
