Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in the MS/Tele specialty. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will provide high-quality care for patients in a transplant surgery unit.

Shift and Schedule

  • Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
  • Every other weekend and holiday rotation available
  • Option for 4x12 schedule

Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient-centered nursing care in the transplant surgery unit.
  • Monitor and manage telemetry patients effectively.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
  • Conduct assessments and create care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience within the last 3 years.
  • EPIC electronic health record experience is mandatory.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
  • Applicants must pass a telemetry test before starting.
