Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a Med/Surg Float position. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for providing exceptional patient care across various units.

Shift Details

  • Night shift: 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30
  • Schedule: Every other week, including applicable holidays
  • Alternative option: 4x12 shifts may be accepted

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Med/Surg units, including cardiac, spine, and neuro.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using Epic electronic health record systems.
  • Participate in telemetry monitoring and ensure proper patient assessment and care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support effective patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin or a compact license.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
  • Must have experience working in various Med/Surg units.
  • Ability to pass a telemetry test prior to starting the position.
