Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN with CT surgery and mechanical circulatory support device experience for a 13-week travel assignment.

Details

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit setting
• 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights), 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Required to float between ICU and IMCU
• Uses Epic EMR
• 2 winter holidays required if working through the holiday season

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required in hand
• Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience in a similar setting required
• CT surgery experience required
• Experience with IABP and IMPELLA devices required

Additional Information

• Weekly orientation provided
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Must pass Tele/ECG and Medication competency tests
• Required vaccinations include COVID (plus booster) and Flu, with medical exemptions allowed
• Must be separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health facilities for at least 6 months to be eligible for consideration
• Local candidates are not accepted; candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
