Description

American Traveler is hiring an ICU RN with CT surgery experience and IABP/IMPELLA device proficiency for a 13-week travel assignment requiring an active MA RN license.

Details

• Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting within a hospital
• 12-hour rotating shifts, days and nights, 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation, with 2 required holiday shifts if working through winter holidays
• Epic EMR used
• Float required between ICU and IMCU
• 13-week assignment duration

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required in hand
• BLS-AHA and ACLS-AHA certifications required
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar ICU setting
• CT surgery experience required
• Experience with IABP and IMPELLA devices required
• Copy of flu vaccination required during flu season

Additional Information

• Weekly orientation provided
• Any color scrubs permitted
• COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required (medical exemptions allowed)
• Pass/Fail Tele/ECG and Medication testing may be required depending on campus
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius; local candidates not accepted
• Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6+ month break before returning to any BILH facility
