Position Summary
This position serves as the primary coordinator for onboarding and employee integration initiatives within Development and Alumni Relations (DAR). In partnership with Talent Management, hiring managers, and divisional leadership, the position designs and administers programs that foster successful employee transitions, strengthen engagement, and support long-term retention. The role is responsible for ensuring a consistent onboarding experience across the division while providing additional coordination and transition support for positions that align with strategic organizational priorities.
A successful incumbent is expected to be a highly organized and relationship-oriented professional who enjoys helping others succeed. This individual is expected to excel at coordinating multiple priorities, building connections across teams, and creating positive experiences for employees. They are to be proactive, customer-service focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable developing new programs and processes.
