Join Community
Community Health Network was created by our neighbors, for our neighbors. Over 60 years later, "community" remains at the heart of our organization. It means providing our neighbors with outstanding care supported by advanced technology. It means being actively involved in the communities we serve and ensuring our caregivers have opportunities to grow and succeed. Above all, it means delivering exceptional care, simply delivered - and we could not do it without you.
Make a Difference
The Senior Administrative Assistant provides advanced administrative and secretarial support services to an assigned Vice President. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations; coordinating schedules and meetings; maintaining records and files; and supporting executive-level operations. The individual anticipates executive needs, supports special projects, coordinates communication across stakeholders, and serves as a key liaison with physicians, staff, board members, volunteers, patients, and visitors. Success in this role requires strong initiative, sound judgment, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to teamwork and organizational excellence.

Demonstrated ability to provide advanced administrative support, including managing executive calendars, preparing complex correspondence and presentations, tracking budgets, and supporting high-level operational needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization, including executives, physicians, board members, staff, and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion; sound judgment and ability to make independent decisions.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills; able to work effectively under pressure and manage frequent interruptions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business systems; familiarity with AV and standard office equipment; working knowledge of accounting principles and basic financial concepts.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while modeling PRIIDE values and fostering a positive team environment.

Community Health Network was created more than 60 years ago by our neighbors, for our neighbors. We've never forgotten that heritage. To this day, we're still locally based and locally controlled, and we're as closely tied to our communities as ever.
As a non-profit health system with more than 200 sites of care and affiliates throughout Central Indiana, Community’s full continuum of care integrates hundreds of physicians, specialty and acute care hospitals, surgery centers, home care services, MedChecks, behavioral health and employer health services.
