    MANTECH seeks a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team in Chantilly, VA area. The successful candidate will provide on-site administrative support to senior leaders.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Provide administrative support to Senior Leaders (to include: managing calendars, answering telephones, reviewing documents, making travel, responding to correspondence, and maintaining office staff phone contact lists)
    • Oversee the administrative and clerical functions in support of the assigned team, contracts, projects, or tasks
    • Schedule meetings and reserve conference rooms
    • Attend and facilitate meetings, and capture meeting minutes (as directed)
    • Perform other duties as assigned, such as Human Resources, Records Management, Facilities (to include escorting), and Security functions
    • Provide coverage (as needed) across functional Administrative Team
    • Domestic travel up to 25%

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma and 8+ years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (to include: Outlook, MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Possess excellent organization and time-management skills
    • Possess strong Typing Skills (50+ wpm)
    • Ability to work independently on tasks (with minimal guidance)
    • Have exceptional oral and written communication, organizational skills, and team-building skills
    • Experience working in fast-paced environments and working under quick timelines assisting multiple clients.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Demonstrate expert-level analytical and Critical Thinking Skills
    • Have strong interpersonal, people, and listening skills
    • Be responsive to tasking and able to work well independently and in groups
    • Previous NRO experience is highly desired
    • Experience with customer program eTrip

    Clearance Requirement:

    • Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
    • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
    • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
