Sales & Marketing Director Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales and Marketing Director to lead our business growth initiatives and elevate our market presence. Responsibilities:

  • Interface with referral sources to introduce the new community. Outreach targets include placement agencies, discharge planners, support groups, and ALZ associations.
  • Immediate responsiveness to new inquiries, proactive follow-ups with continuing leads.
  • Tracking of marketing data to inform changes to marketing strategy.
  • Handling of all relevant duties and actions for a move-in, from initial contact to the move-in date. Includes active participation and coordination with other key staff to ensure a smooth admission process.
  • Manage key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management and tailored solutions.
  • Sign contracts and proposals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term relationships.
  • Leverage technology sales experience to promote innovative solutions and demonstrate technical product value to clients.


Experience:

  • Proven success in assisted living sales with a strong track record of closing.
  • Extensive experience in the assisted living industry, with knowledge of Title 22 regulations and requirements of non-medical care.
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles combined with hands-on experience in developing campaigns that drive engagement.
  • Background in technology or technical sales with familiarity using CRM tools.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Experience with memory care and active empathetic listening.
  • Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data insights to refine strategies and improve performance metrics.
