    Job Title: Restaurant Manager

    Location: New Orleans, LA

    Salary: $50,000 - $56,000/year (DOE)

    We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team at a well-established, locally owned polished-casual restaurant group with locations throughout Louisiana and Mississippi. This is a hands-on leadership role in a full-service, scratch-kitchen environment with a strong bar and dining room business, plus an active catering and private event side.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Lead daily restaurant operations across dining room and bar service periods.
    • Uphold service standards, guest engagement, and consistency on every shift.
    • Recruit, train, coach, and develop hourly team members and shift leaders.
    • Manage scheduling to meet volume demands and labor budget targets.
    • Partner with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth ticket flow and food quality at the pass.
    • Resolve guest concerns in the moment and build repeat business.
    • Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
    • Monitor beverage cost, inventory, ordering, and controllable expenses.
    • Support catering, private dining, and off-site event execution as needed.
    • Contribute to a positive, development-focused team culture.
