Somerset, Kentucky (On-site)
• Base salary starting around $95,000 (DOE)

· Lead daily operations and create an exceptional guest experience.
· Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team.
· Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality.

· Partner with ownership to improve systems, grow the business, and execute new ideas.
· Develop future leaders and create a workplace where great people want to stay.
· An experienced Restaurant General Manager, or
· A high-performing Assistant General Manager ready for their first GM opportunity.
· Hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people.
