The Regional Sales Manager CPM for IL, WI, IA, and MN at X-Rite Pantone is responsible for managing and growing sales of Consumer Products and Materials (CPM) solutions across multiple industries, including plastics, coatings, textiles, and automotive. Key duties include developing and executing account strategies, expanding and upgrading the sales funnel, providing technical expertise, and supporting marketing initiatives. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Color Science, or a related field, and at least 5 years of successful B2B sales experience. Experience in color management, quality management, or industrial sectors such as paint, plastics, textiles, food, or printing is advantageous.
