Responsibilities:The successful Region Administrative Assistant will possess the following abilities and will be responsible for:
Maintain and organize administrative systems, files, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility
Analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to support business performance
Prepare reports, presentations, and routine correspondence using Microsoft Office tools
Prepare Profit and Loss statements for the Region Management team
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership through email, reporting, and verbal updates
Forward communications from Division leadership to regional and branch locations
Serve as a liaison between departments and branch locations to ensure alignment and communication flow
Support operational and business initiatives across assigned regions, including driving regional programs such as sales contests and collection efforts
Monitor accounts receivable balances and drive collection efforts across the region
Review and approve accounts payable documents, including check requests and expense reports
Manage and review payroll-related items, including changes, promotions, and accuracy of payroll processing
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Receive and manage escalated customer complaint calls; maintain logs and ensure timely resolution
Train branch administrative staff and conduct visits to branch locations as needed
Maintain current policy and procedure manuals and ensure adherence across branch locations
Plan and coordinate meetings for branch teams and support training sessions
Arrange travel for branch personnel as needed
Manage multiple priorities and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Travel throughout Central and Western Virginia as needed to support operational objectives

Compensation is from $60,000 USD to $65,000 USD per year with opportunities for additional earnings

Candidates must be able to work without close supervision and possess the following qualifications:
Detail-oriented and technically proficient administrative professional
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Power BI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and apply data insights
Effective written and verbal communication skills across multiple platforms
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands
Demonstrated ability to remain flexible and perform effectively under pressure
Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently via phone and email
Ability to compose professional correspondence and manage routine communications
Proficient typing skills and experience using a 10-key calculator
High school diploma required; additional business school, college training, or related experience preferred
