    We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team. Whether you're new or have prior experience, we have opportunities available for all skill level. Training will be provided.

    1. Admin Assistant 

    The Admin Assistant is the front-line support for PrintDash’s Richardson office, combining reception, facilities coordination, mail handling, and general office support. This position is suited to an experienced administrative professional who is highly organized, personable, dependable, and capable of independently managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced print manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has prior administrative or office support experience and is comfortable coordinating with employees, vendors, visitors, and leadership while maintaining a professional and organized office environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Facilities & Vendor Coordination 

    • Obtain and compare quotes from vendors for facility repairs and maintenance (garage doors, HVAC/AC systems, windows, plumbing, etc.) 
    • Serve as point of contact for vendor scheduling and follow-up on completed repairs 
    • Report facility issues to management and track resolution status 

    Mail & Shipping 

    • Check and sort incoming mail daily; deliver to the appropriate departments or individuals 
    • Process outgoing mail and packages
    • Manage the return process, including labeling, tracking, and coordination as needed  

    Front Desk & Reception 

    • Greet visitors, vendors, and guests in a professional, welcoming manner 
    • Answer the door and direct visitors appropriately
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front lobby/reception area
    • Answer and route incoming calls as needed 

    Hospitality & Meeting Support 

    • Pick up lunches for internal meetings as requested 
    • Prepare tea, coffee, and light refreshments for client or internal meetings
    • Assist with meeting room setup and breakdown 

    Cross-Department Coordination 

    • Communicate and coordinate events, projects, and tasks with appropriate departments 
    • Support company events and employee engagement activities as needed 

    Other Duties 

    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management 

    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

    Education:  High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred, not required 

    Experience:  2+ years of administrative, front desk, or customer service experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply 

    Technical Skills 

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
    • Comfortable learning new scheduling, inventory, or purchasing systems
    • Basic familiarity with standard office equipment (copier/scanner, phone systems)

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Professional, friendly demeanor with a strong customer service orientation
    • High level of discretion and confidentiality, particularly when supporting executives
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Dependable and punctual, with strong ownership of daily responsibilities 
    • Bilingual ability (English/Spanish or English/Vietnamese) a plus given PrintDash's diverse workforce 

    • WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
    • On-site, front-desk-facing role based at PrintDash's Richardson, TX facility
    • Requires prolonged periods seated at a reception desk as well as standing/walking throughout the office and facility 
    • Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs (supplies, mail, packages) 
    • Regular interaction with visitors, vendors, executives, and staff across departments 
    • Standard office environment with occasional exposure to the production/warehouse floor

    2. Equipment Technician:

    Requirements and Qualifications 

    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crawl for extended periods.
    • Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds of tools or parts.
    • Comfortable working in heat, noise, and confined or elevated spaces.
    • Experience as a technician servicing equipment relating to printing is a plus.
    • Previous experience with inkjet printers preferred.
    • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
    • Proficiency in diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance software.
    • Able to work non-standard schedules with potential for overtime or after-hours calls.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in high-pressure production environments.
    • Occasional domestic/international travel required for equipment training.
    • Preferred but not required:
      • Knowledge of RIP (Raster Image Processor) and Adobe Photoshop applications.
      • Understanding of color management tools such as i1 Profiler.
      • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
      • Experience with Kornit digital printers

    Print Technician Compensation & Schedule

    • Pay Range: depending on experience and qualifications.
    • Occasional overtime or weekend coverage may be required during peak seasons.

    Growth Path

    • Advancement through technicians levels 2-5, leading to Senior Technician, Lead, or Engineer roles.
    • Opportunities for advanced training.
