Description

Our client, a Banking company, is looking for a Operations Specialist (Level I) for their Dallas, TX location.
 
Requirements:
  • 10-key skills, basic balancing, and accounting skills
  • Basic PC skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • HSD/GED required
  • Perform daily receipt and content-validation of incoming packages of work processed through Financial Centers and ATM channels, and delivered daily via UPS
  • Perform basic accounting functions and reconcilement involving internal general ledger entries
  • Execute time-sensitive research of inquiries and transaction exceptions from various internal channels within tight deadlines
  • Candidate will work under the immediate supervision of a manager or Lead and is expected to meet established productivity and quality standards.
  • Good attendance and punctuality are essential components of the position.
