Key Responsibilities: ⢠Assist in report analysis for Contract and Perm Operations across multiple Districts ⢠Process accounts payable, expense reports and supply orders ⢠Audit operational expenses and research issues ⢠Compile and distribute reports on headcount, productivity, and financials ⢠Process HR transactions including promotions, base increases, new hires, and terminations ⢠Manage internal job postings, generate offer letters, and HR documents ⢠Audit timesheets and other HR/payroll transactions for compliance with corporate guidelines ⢠Maintain headcount reporting, employee rosters, and organizational charts ⢠Partner with district and corporate teams on bonus changes, advances, write-offs, and classifications ⢠Support employee recognition programs.
