Operations Specialist
Full-Time | Dallas, TX | On-Site
A Great Opportunity for a Smart, Driven Early-Career Professional
We’re looking for an Operations Specialist who is sharp, personable, highly organized, and excited to take on responsibility.
You’ll join a growing team where you’ll work directly with customers, manage important details behind the scenes, solve problems, and help keep everything moving smoothly. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong customer relationships while learning the systems, processes, and business from the ground up.
This is a role for someone who takes ownership, learns quickly, communicates exceptionally well, and notices the details others miss.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop relationships with customers and become a trusted resource they can count on
- Manage day-to-day customer needs and follow through until issues are resolved
- Coordinate customer account updates, equipment needs, and service requirements
- Help new customers get up and running and ensure their experience is seamless
- Identify opportunities to better serve existing customers, including additional licenses and equipment updates
- Keep customer and account information accurate and up to date
- Monitor accounts and proactively follow up on anything requiring attention
- Learn and utilize Salesforce, QuickBooks, and other technology platforms
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to continually improve how we serve customers and operate the business
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are
- Smart and intellectually curious
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized
- A strong, confident communicator
- Friendly, professional, and naturally good with people
- A self-starter who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Comfortable learning new technology and systems
- A strong problem solver with good judgment
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team and contributes positively to the culture
- Ambitious and interested in growing with a company
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-150 U.S. university
- Approximately 1–3 years of professional experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Experience with Salesforce or QuickBooks is not required. We’ll teach you the systems.
If you’re looking for a role where you can learn quickly, make an impact, work with great people, and build a career, we’d love to hear from you.
