A well-established firm is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional to support daily office operations. This role is fully onsite and requires strong reliability, a consistent schedule, and a proactive approach to getting things done. This is a permanent (direct hire) administrative job in Tulsa, OK.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
Open office each morning and ensure readiness for the day
Manage incoming communications, data entry, and documentation
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and internal requests
Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of information
Print, label, and mail client correspondence
Transmit electronic tax filings and verify successful submission
Requirements:
Proven dependability with excellent attendance and punctuality
Ability to work a consistent, structured onsite schedule - Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - specifically Word & Excel
2+ years of recent experience in an administrative role with exposure to answering phones
