8 hours per day, 6:45am-3:15pm, School Year Position
Responsibilities:
- Greet and provide customer service to community stakeholders entering the school office while utilizing the visitor management system.
- Assist with clerical tasks within the main office, to include but not limited to, processing data in the student information system (PowerSchool), preparing and organizing daily announcements, managing the indoor digital sign, processing Family Information Changes forms, processing back to school check-in, processing fee payments and creating the Honors Night slideshow.
- Perform alternate duties that the District may find appropriate and necessary.
- Serve as support and backup to other office positions.
- Supervise students as assigned.
- Willing to be trained to perform medical procedures. Examples may include care for diabetic students or administering Epi-pen. First Aid/CPR experience or willingness to be trained.
